Covenants Establish Mailbox Post Standard
Paragraph 18. Mailboxes: The Developer or its Assigns shall require a standardized mailbox for each residence and shall establish a design, material, and paint specification for the mailbox which shall be standard for all mailboxes in this subdivision.

Mail Box color for The Havens is "Bountiful Balsam Beige," available at Walmart. The formula is: B OY 4 1; C OY 17 0; F OY 2 0. It is available in quart cans, semi-gloss - 9500C Exterior Latex Semi-Gloss. Approximately $13.
Repair and/or Replacement Sources
The Havens Board of Directors asked two vendors to provide quotes for taking care of mailboxes. The Board does not warrant either vendor and it is the homeowners responsibility to compare quotes, select vendor, and pay for all work. Homeowners may do the work themselves keeping the original design and color requirements.
