Architectural

Many homeowner projects are governed by The Havens Home Owners Association covenants.  The covenants require advance approval by the Architectural Committee before any work begins.  For example: construction of a fence; mailbox replacement; construction of a mini-barn; changing the paint scheme of the home; adding a new room or deck, etc.  See the covenants for specific information.  See Covenant & By-Laws page for files.
